Sammy Anzer is an educated street boy turned comedian and Rooster magazine says,“Anzer's performances blend joy with contemplation." He uses his multi-racial background to examine America and has done so while performing alongside DL Hughley, Deon Cole, Maria Bamford, Fahim Anwar, and Neal Brennan. Sammy's written for Kevin Hart’s LOL Network and caught ZIWE’s eye for a live interview. His debut album hit #1 on iTunes, and he’s appeared on PBS Roots of Comedy, Funny or Die, and SiriusXM. He’s proud to have raised $20,000 for St. Jude Children’s Hospital through stand-up and recently made his booked debut at the Apollo.
